Theranon.

Describe it once. Get a therapist who treats it.

Not a directory you filter by hand. You write what's going on in your own words; Theranon returns licensed providers who actually treat it, take your insurance, and have an opening this month.

How it works
01

Say what's going on

In your own words, once. No dropdowns, no intake form built for a billing department.

02

We read it properly

Your description is matched against what providers actually treat — modality, specialty, population — not against the tags they bought.

03

Three real options

Each with an opening, each in-network. You reach out when you're ready. Nobody calls you.

Questions

Is Theranon a therapist?

No. Theranon is a way to find one. We don't diagnose, treat, or give clinical advice, and we're not a crisis service. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 in the US.

What does it cost?

Finding matches is free. You pay your provider, through your insurance, exactly as you would if you'd found them yourself.

Do providers pay to be listed?

No. A directory where placement is bought is a directory that lies to you, and that's the problem we exist to fix.

What happens to what I write?

It's used to build your shortlist and nothing else. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and you can delete it from inside the app at any time.

Theranon is not a medical provider and does not offer diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, call 911. For mental-health crisis support in the US, call or text 988.
